Abstract:
Scientific — methodical questions of map supply for analysis of the condition and development prospects of the regional economy's foreign economic sector are covered. The described approach to mapping foreign economic relations is based on research findings linked to the compiling of an atlas of the Far-Eastern Federal district's foreign economic cooperation. Concrete suggestions are offered about mobilization, structuring and cartographic interpretation of the data concerning the basic scope of questions examined during the research. Ways of improving overall cartographic characteristics of foreign economic activities are outlined
