Abstract:
The model of corporate integration is viewed by the example of foreign direct investment from China to Russia. The role of informal economic behavior in its implementation is discussed. The features of spatial structure of direct investments from China to Russia are revealed. Based on the Herfindahl-Hirschman index comparison is made between the concentration of cumulative direct investments from China, cumulative foreign direct investment and domestic investment in the fixed capital in Russian regions
