Abstract: Organizations learn from experience, knowledge sharing and organizational change. Knowledge sharing and organizational change have great impact on organizational learning. Knowledge sharing brings learning at individual level. At global level it is observed that change occur rapidly and knowledge sharing process is fast. The objective of this research is to find out the impact of organizational change and knowledge sharing in learning organization and this research is to determine the significant factors of organizational change and knowledge sharing to transform the organization into learning organization. Two hundred questionnaires were distributed out of which 160 were received and five point Ordinal scale is used to measure the responses from Water and Power Development Authority. Results indicate that there is a strong impact of knowledge sharing and organizational change on learning of organization. This study provides the outcome of knowledge sharing and organizational change in learning organization. Research limitations and future directions are also discussed in this study.
