Abstract:
This study was designed to point out to what extent students as customer are satisfied on provision of learning facilities with respect to their teachers helping them in producing needed skills at higher education level in the universities. In this study it will further pointed out that which skill they think is important to produce at university level in Pakistan. Due to private partnership at higher education it became an industry and students role changed to customer while universities education providers.
