Abstract:
This paper is a classic case of how the peoples life can be touched at the very basic level from guidance by an NGO acting as an intermediary between government and community. It is a practical demonstration of taking management beyond the classrooms and board rooms and bringing it to the grassroots level. Further, it depicts the successful working alliance between three diverse agencies – Community, Government and NGO, creating a win-win situation for all the three partners.
