Abstract: This study explores the sociometric test applied to a group of 49 individuais, recently admitted by the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation-EMBRAPA, with a view to aiding the integration process of these new employees within the organization. The analysis focalizes on three group structures, by means of which one can observe the first interpersonalrelations occurring within the new group, how they may be restructured and the probable leaders for work situations.
