Abstract:
This paper presents an argumentation about the State's role in the economic development, and more specifically in the technological development. It is assumed that technological development depends on resources as "Risk Capital" to finance research able to create high technology. Since the majority of entrepreneurs can't get these resources from the private banks, the State's role becomes very important in this area.
