Aprendendo com o "Ohnoísmo" (produção flexível em massa): lições para o Brasil

Abstract: "Ohnoism" has overcome fordism-taylorism as an industrial production method and philosophy and has become the worldwide dominant paradigm.Many companies in Brazil have started the change process towards this new system, but many incorrect views about it still prevail. In this paper we present "Ohnoism" basic features, some of its most important misinterpretations and suggest some basic steps to be followed uponimplementing this new system.
