Abstract:
This article deals with the main findings of a study about motivational behavior conducted at 250 Brazilian organizations. Evidence is that each person's individual characteristics aftect the degree to which motivational variables may be reflected on observable behavior. The main approach presents externai stimuli as not strong enough to influence the direction of motivational behavior. It has not been found any possible relationshipbetween the style of motivational behavior and environment variables.
