Europa 92: a gestão da diversidade social

Abstract:
This article presents some problems related to the building of an "European Social Space" and its implications for 1992, by appointing some variables:the regionalization question and the social-economic gaps, the assimilation of hand labors without frontiers, the construction of the communitarian "social protection" etc., in a criticai analysis of what happens beyond thetechnical, fiscal and physical obstacles, looking at the new Europe from 1992 on. The "social question" acquires projection while it appearedas one limitation to reach, according to the European Act, "an area without frontiers whose free circulation of people, goods, services and capitais have been in accordance with the prediction of the Rome Treaty".
