Abstract: The first point in the psychoanalytical study of organizations seems to be the question of the linking pins that tie people and organization. These linking pins cannot be seen just as material, moral, ideologycal or socioeconomicalones. Above all, they have a psychological nature. The organization shapes the individual impulses and defense systems which, in turn, root in its body.
