Abstract: This paper presents a theoretical approach to social bargaining wich complements the current analysis on that subject. It also presents results derived from a research developed in Minas Gerais, which show aprocess in evolution which its learning practice and expected contradictions.The results of this research point out to the need of further investigation by academics and professionals of human resources in order to elaborate specific models in accordance to brazilian circunstances in the context of labor relations.
