Abstract: The author analyses the main issues related to political feuds within organizations, from the point pf view of his interpretation of Macchiavelli's theories. Pareto's power maintenance systems are used for complementating the analysis. At least, the impact of political manipulation in organizations is examined, specially when having effects on both the efficiency and the search of productivity.
