Abstract:
The article first presents a definition of the environmental management concept, underlining its public and private dimension, and also the relation between those two sectors. Taking the environmental license as an exemple, it raises some problems like the lack of responsability share. A few options of a better integration between the public and the private segments are presented in the condusion, emphasizing the partnership practices.
