36, issue 4
Abstract:
The article deals with the relations between Anthropology and Business Administration in a new perspective. Its main goal is to demonstrate that Anthropology's contributions to the understanding of administrative practices and policies go far beyond the organizational culture concept, developed in the end of 1970.This concept does not cover all the theoretical and methodological possibilities raised by the idea of culture in business and administration. Besides that, it has been used in a mechanical way loosing most of its sociological comprehensiveness.
