Abstract:
Borders of different kinds get in the way of management education. Six years of experience with the International Masters Program in Practicing Management has suggested how we might break down these borders, to get beyond “students”, beyond “globalization”, beyond “teaching”, and beyond the business functions. The management education classroom should be a place where managers can reflect thoughtfully on their experience.
