Abstract:
The objective of this paper is to provide a valid and reliable CSR scale from the consumer perspective. From this point of view, a causal analysis is developed in order to identify those actions that really generate a response from the market. The final results will allow us to advise the companies about those actions which have a positive effect on consumer buying behaviour.
