Governança tecnológica e cooperabilidade nas multinacionais brasileiras

Abstract:
The dynamic capacity to innovate and cooperate and manage their attributes and dispersion interactions are essential to survival and success for start-ups originating from developing countries such as Brazil. Given this context, one has to evaluate the extent to which technological governance affects the dynamic capability of innovation and cooperation (cooperabilidade) in Brazilian multinationals (MNB). To achieve this goal, field research was conducted in two stages, the first qualitative and quantitative second. From the results of the qualitative variables were reviewed research model and refined their hypotheses, whose testing occurred in the quantitative stage. In the qualitative method used was a multiple case study, since there were three in-depth studies: Oxiteno, Braskem and Petrobras. In the quantitative stage was conducted a survey of the universe MNB, with a final sample of 60 companies responded to a structured questionnaire.
