O efeito da diversidade de gênero e o nível educacional na inovação

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to analyze the impact of gender diversity and education level of R&D employees on innovation. We use as source of information the Community Innovation Survey belonging to the general plan for statistics of the European Union (Eurostat). From a sample of 7,962 firms, most of them small firms, the results show that the diversity of gender and educational level of R&D employees individually have a positive influence on product innovation, although there is no significant effect of combined effect.
