Capacity building for nonprofits: a Hartford example

Abstract: Like for-profit organizations, nonprofits need strong infrastructure to ensure long-term effectiveness and to respond to increasing demands for accountability. Our Piece of the Pie in Hartford is one nonprofit that benefited from building its organizational capacity.
