Producers, refiners view strategies to trim Texas' glut of ultralight condensate oil

Abstract: Hampered by the federal oil export ban, producers are seeking alternative means to bring to global markets the burgeoning supplies of ultralight condensate oil drawn from the Eagle Ford Shale region of South Texas.
