Abstract:
Mine Ycel, a senior vice president and research advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, leads the Research Department?s energy group. She joined the bank in 1989 and is a past president of the International Association for Energy Economics. She discusses the evolution of the energy sector, its role in Texas and her perspective as a female energy economist.
