Abstract: Joe Quiroga is president of Texas National Bank in Edinburg, Texas, in the Lower Rio Grande Valley, and is on the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. A native of the Valley and a community banker, Quiroga has participated in the economic development of the region. He discusses the area’s rapid growth and its future prospects.
