Abstract: Since 1985, William Taylor has been staff director of the Division of Banking Supervision and Regulation at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington, D.C. As such, he oversees the Fed's supervisory responsibilities for over 1,000 state member banks and about 6,500 bank holding companies.
