Abstract:
The article authors examine the Russian customs and tariff regulations and the way they contribute to the economic security in the country. The authors identify the advantages the Russian Federation will gain and the disadvantages it will have when it becomes member of the WTO and identify the key principles to be used when developing the policy related to tariff and customs regulation.
