Factor Analysis of the Indicators that Mark the Interaction between the Research and Industrial Components of the National Innovation Introduction Program

Abstract: The article author describes how the research organizations interact with the production plants at the innovation introduction stage that follows the theoretical research stage of the Russian economy development. He uses the factor and correlative analysis methods to show how the goals set in Part 1 of the Research and Analysis to Be Done in the Russian Science and Technology Prioritized Development Areas during the Period of 2007 − 2012 Federal special purpose program are achieved. The author makes suggestions as to how to improve the Federal program management system.
