Abstract: The article authors examine the national strategies of public financial literacy level improvement using the examples of Australia, Great Britain, New Zealand, and the USA and identify the common properties and the differences between the strategies examined. They also look into the issue of public financing and management of such programs. Special attention is paid to the identification of channels used to gather information used in public education. The article authors suggest their own way to find a solution to the financial product evaluation issue.
