Abstract: The article discusses possibility of the second wave of the global crisis and analyses the reasons and possible implications of the crisis for the leading economies of the world. Analysis of the current condition of the US and the European Union countries financial systems is presented. The emphasis is on the need for a solution preventing capital flight from Russia within the nearest term.
