Abstract: The article determines the need to develop a Roadmap to harmonization of legislation governing the financial markets of the Eurasian Economic Union and discusses the conditions for sustainable development of integration relations. In addition there are facts provided to describe the realities and the prerequisites for effective harmonization of legislation in member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. The author offers step-by-step algorithm for constructing a Roadmap.
