Abstract: In October, the following amendments were introduced into the legislation: amendments were made to protect people’s rights to privatization of housing in which they do not live, but have the right to use it; norms permitting to increase wages and salaries of managers of federal government and budget entities have been adopted; in 2013 people in Russia will have 10-day long New Year holidays, 5-day long Spring and Labor celebrations and 4-day long Victory Day celebrations.
