Abstract: In April, the rules of determinatoion of the price of land plots which are in federal ownership in conclusion of purchase and sale agreements without holding of a tender were approved; it was established that the data on incomes and expenditures of officials of entities with state participation would be placed in the Internet and provided to the Russian mass media; in Q4 2014 the per capita minimum subsistence level rose from Rb 8,086 to Rb 8,234 as compared to Q3.
