Abstract: In October, at the meetings of the Government of the Russian Federation the following issues were discussed among other things: a draft law introducing the requirements for gradual transformation of participants in the market of nongovernment pension funds into joint-stock companies; a draft law seting a limitation on the amount of a severance benefit of managers (chief accountants) of public sector entities.
