Abstract: Late in December 2015 and January 2016, the following main amendments were introduced into the legislation: requirements to the procedure for and conditions of carrying out voluntary medical insurance (hereinatier, VMI) of foreign nationals who arrived in the Russian Federation to work on the basis of a work permit or a patent were introduced; a form of a standard contract for customers who are subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation was approved; the procedure for provision of an application on state cadastral accounting of real property, titles to real property and documents enclosed thereto was determined.
