Abstract: The economic recovery from January to July 2021 was faster in regions dominated by manufacturing. Regions with an abundance of raw materials, especially oil, grew more slowly. The service sector recovered faster in the largest agglomerations and in resort areas of southern regions. Employment in small and medium-sized businesses did not decrease in most regions, but increased in federal cities. Unemployment rates have almost returned to pre-crisis levels, except in a number of territories. Real incomes of the population are recovering slowly, with growth noticeable only in large cities. Budget policy is balanced in most regions.
