Abstract: This article is devoted to the effectiveness of competitive state «green» procurement. The article considers performance indicators, analyzes the effectiveness of «green» purchases based on data from the Unified Information System in the field of procurement for the period from 2019 to 2021. The analysis showed the effectiveness of «green» procurement: a high proportion of procurement participants and concluded, executed contracts; a low proportion of unfulfilled obligations under contracts. Based on the results of the study, it is proposed to consolidate the mandatory requirement of energy efficiency in the procurement notice. The results obtained are applicable in the state reform in the field of public procurement.
