Abstract: The efficiency of an industrial enterprise depends not only on the production program, sales volume, quality of products, pricing policy and other similar factors, but also on its competitive advantages in the industry market. Modern business conditions have made adjustments to the process of creating and using competitive advantages. New ways of selling products and building a communication mechanism with stakeholders are coming to the fore. The article presents a methodology for conducting strategic diagnostics of competitive advantages of an industrial enterprise, consisting in assessing its main advantages and calculating an integral indicator.
