Abstract: Despite the implications of anti-Russian sanctions, Q1 2023 saw slow growth in industrial production dynamics. The drivers of positive trends in the economy are the building sector and manufacturing industries whose products are aimed at meeting domestic demand or used as intermediate for the needs of the state defense order and building projects, including the development of railway and maritime infrastructure.
