Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the construction industry in the Russian Federation. The purpose of the study is to consider the current state of the construction industry in the Russian Federation from the point of view of assessing the main performance indicators of construction organizations, the distribution of construction organizations by the level of provision with orders, financing, comparison of federal districts for the commissioning of the total area of residential buildings. The study identified problems that impede the rapid transition of the construction industry to digital technologies. The dependence of the production of building materials in Russia on imported raw materials and equipment from Europe and the USA has been revealed. The scientific novelty lies in the substantiation of measures aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the production of building materials.
