Abstract: The issues of introducing digital technologies into the pension system are relevant for all categories of citizens and for the Russian Pension and Social Insurance Fund itself. Digital technologies have affected not only the work of the Fund, but also insured persons – both employed and retired, and since 2020, newborns have become insured upon receipt of maternity capital. In addition, during the formation of pension provision, digital technologies play an important role as an intermediary between the Fund and the insured, in terms of paperwork, persons receiving social benefits, etc.
