Towards modern industrial policy for Russia

Abstract: The presented manuscript provides an overview of the industrial policy framework evolution. The author states his approach to modern industrial policy for Russia and discusses productive and unproductive instruments. The author highlights the structural elements of industrial policy and gives the practical recommendations for implementation.
