Abstract:
This paper serves as the final report of the research project titled “The Influence and Role of the Russian Government and Parliament in the Budgetary Process.†It examines the relationship between the executive and legislative branches in the formulation and implementation of budgetary policy during the post-reform period up to the present. The analysis includes the most recent trends in the implementation of budgetary policy, as well as proposals for improving budgetary legislation aimed at refining budgetary policy mechanisms
