Abstract:
This paper examines the experience of successful reforms of the financial markets in countries that are rivals Russia in the global financial market. We study the main directions of these reforms, the results are evaluated. Success factors of the financial market development programs (or the formation of an international financial center programs) compared to Russian conditions to implement similar strategies.
