Abstract: Multiregional computational general equilibrium-overlapping generations models (multiregional CGE-OLG models) allow quantitatively estimate the long-term effect of the change in macroeconomic conditions on economic growth and generations’ well-being. The following scenarios have been analyzed using this model. Shock scenario with the fall of oil and gas revenues was analyzed. As a response to this shock, a scenario of debt financing of the same level of state expenditure was examined. The effects of pension age rise in Russia are also modeled.
