Abstract: Прямое регулирование цен на растительное масло, сахар и хлеб позволило остановить их рост, но не привело к остановке продовольственной инфляции в целом. Меры по ограничению экспорта пшеницы вызвали рост мировых цен на нее, но на внутреннем рынке они способны после ввода в действие снизить цены для потребителей на хлеб. Предложенные механизмы компенсации выпадающих доходов сельхозпроизводителей позволят возместить прямые потери от введения пошлин, но не потери от связанного с ним снижения цен на внутреннем рынке.
