Abstract: Министерство финансов России рассматривает снижение в два раза выплат нефтеперерабатывающим компаниям по демпфирующему механизму с сентября 2023 г. на год. В статье оценивается влияние корректировки на экономику нефтеперерабатывающей отрасли, в частности возможность обеспечения внутреннего рынка безубыточным производством нефтепродуктов.
