Abstract: Многие обследуемые «Российским экономическим барометром» показатели в августе 2023 г. вновь выглядели довольно оптимистично, причем некоторые находились на рекордно высоких позициях за всю историю наблюдений в «РЭБ». Например, таковым оставался уровень загрузки производственных мощностей – 90% (2-е место). Объем заказов составил 101% от нормального месячного уровня, приравниваемого к 100% (3-е место). Доля предприятий в «хорошем» или «нормальном» финансовом состоянии достигла 92% (2-е место). Доля предприятий, у которых задолженности банкам нет и не ожидается в ближайшие три месяца, выросла до 57% (2-е место). Диффузный индекс запасов готовой продукции, наоборот, опустился до «абсолютного» исторического минимума за более чем 30 лет (30%).
