БЮДЖЕТЫ РЕГИОНОВ: СОКРАЩЕНИЕ ДОЛГА ПРИ ЖЕСТКОЙ ЭКОНОМИИ

Abstract: Рост, хотя и незначительный, бюджетных доходов регионов в мае-июне 2016 г. и сдерживание роста расходов привели к сокращению их государственного долга. Кроме того, дорогие коммерческие кредиты были частично замещены бюджетными кредитами. Вместе с тем общие низкие темпы роста доходов с начала года и ограничения по заимствованиям не позволят регионам выйти на положительные темпы роста бюджетных расходов в реальном выражении и, таким образом, уйти от политики жесткой экономии.
