Abstract: Choosing between the variety of existing intervention approaches in favor of victims of gender violence inhibits focusing on research concerning support for women to get out of violent situations, rebuild their lives, or minimize the consequences of violence. The aim of this paper is to collect information that allows the intervention to be adapted to the specific needs that women perceive they have, so that it has a positive impact on their lives and establishes through a response comparison whether the intervention has been really successful in terms of well-being parameters. The homeostatic theory of subjective well-being and the personal well-being index were used to evaluate the level of satisfaction that the participating women had with their lives at the beginning and end of the intervention, which results in an index of well-being in each person measured through the answer to questions that start from the generality. The main result of the intervention was the acquisition of skills by the women that allowed the valuation of what they have and the importance of not clinging to or idealizing certain things that can have a negative impact on other areas of well-being.
