Abstract: This study examines the gaps between scientific–technological (STEM) education in Israel’s Druze and Jewish sectors, with a focus on the challenges affecting the achievements of junior high school students. The methodology included 25 in-depth interviews with STEM teachers in the Druze sector and an analysis of comparative data. The findings indicate disparities stemming from insufficient resources, deficient infrastructure, and cultural challenges. Hence, an intervention model was formed, which included professional development for teachers, upgrading the infrastructure, sociocultural support, and encouraging community engagement. This study emphasizes the importance of focused interventions and continuous support for reducing disparities and improving the quality of education.
