Abstract: This study focuses on the results of examining the impact of Sustainable Construction Supply Chains (SCSC) on sustainable success (OSS) throughout the life of a project in developing countries. While previous research has explored the challenges of implementing SCSC in these regions, limited attention has been given to the overall impact on sustainable success. To address this gap, a conceptual model was developed based on an extensive literature review, and data were collected through a survey involving 70 building professionals in Egypt. The findings indicate that the adoption of SCSC drivers has a significant influence on OSS during the construction phase, ranging from moderate to high. These results provide valuable insights for policymaking in developing nations, as they highlight the importance of overcoming barriers to SCSC adoption and promoting these drivers to ensure successful project completion. Ultimately, implementing SCSC approaches will contribute to improved project outcomes in the construction industry.
